One aspect of having healthy and happy children and teens is ensuring healthy positive connections occur in your home.  To help explain this concept, Ashley Logsdon, the authentic and enthusiastic Relationship Coach, shares advice to the Puberty Prof for having a connected household. After providing a “pause” to help set our mindset, this mother of three children, including a pre-teen and teen, provides insights to support being intentional as a family. In addition, she explains how to build a foundation of connection about sex ed topics in the household as well as her coaching services to parents.
